考虑对流换热因素的阶形脉冲激光加工热过程解析解及实验验证

摘要 材料的激光加工热过程是涉及激光束、工件及周围环境相互作用的复杂热交换问题,特别是对流换热边界条件的变化将对温度场分布及加工质量产生很大影响.而以往的温度场求解中,对流换热条件基本都被简化或忽略,直接影响了温度场及后续流场、应力场的计算准确性和精度.研究了考虑对流换热边界条件的材料表面脉冲激光加工热过程,通过Laplace变换的方法求解出物体温度场分布的解析解,对无量纲参数进行了适当地设置和定义,研究了无量纲距离x′、无量纲时间t、表面无量纲能量吸收M及Biot数Bi与温度分布(无量纲温度T)之间的相互关系.通过分析表明,随着Bi值的增大,外界的对流换热作用越来越强烈,使得温度最大值所处位置偏离开材料表面,逐渐向内部偏移.采用红外测温的方法对解析解模型进行了实验验证,取得了较为理想的结果.
