硼微合金化对CSP生产低碳铝镇静钢带性能的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Boron Microalloying on Mechanical Properties of Low Carbon Al killed Steel Strip Produced in CSP Route

摘要 通过实验室研究和机理分析表明,硼原子的奥氏体晶界偏聚及其粗大桁出物导致晶粒粗大化以及BN的形成而使自由氮减少,是降低材料屈服强度的主要原因。根据研究结果,在马钢CSP生产线上进行了工业性试验,进一步证明加入w(B)=(10~50)×10^-6的热轧钢带屈服强度比不加硼的明显下降。 By laboratory research and mechanism analysis, it is found that the reduction of free N, resulting from grain coarsening and BN formation due to austenite grain boundary conentration of boron and coarse precipitates, is the main reason for decreasing yield strength of this steel. Based on the results, industrial test was carried out in CSP production line of Magang. Results show that the yield strength of hot rolling strip with 10~50)×10^-6 boron suffers a significant loss.
