摘要
用CuO做自助熔剂生长出大尺寸的Bi系2201相片状单晶.最大尺寸为12×5×0.05mm^3,XRD表明这些片晶的(001)射峰中常伴有调制峰出现,且其与单晶在c方向取向程度密切相关,(0k0)多级衍射表明调制斑点在c~方向可能是拉长的.
Large Bi- 2201 phase single crystals with dimensions up to 12×5×0.05mm^3 have been grown from Cu-rich melts by directional solidification method. X-ray diffractions show that the satellite reflections are easy to appear in the (001)diffraction patterns,which is directly related with the orientation of the single crgstal in c direction (0k0) diffraction profile indicates that the superlattice may stretch along c^(?) direction in riciprocal space.
