摘要
荫风轮总黄酮(CPF)对麻醉正常家兔有一过性降压作用。用CPF灌流离体蟾蜍心脏,可降低心脏收缩力、减慢心率。CPF尚能阻止垂体后叶素引起的家兔心电图ST-T的变化,提高注射肾上腺素及去甲肾上腺素小鼠耐缺氧的能力。
The intravenous injection of CPF produced a prompt and remarkable fall of the arterial blood pressure in anesthetized rabbits. An irrigation flow of isolated hearts of toad showed CPF pro- duced a decrease cardiac contractibility and heart rate. The intravenous injection of pituitrin in- duced a heightened T wave. This could be prevented by pretreatment with ip CPF. An ip admin- istration of CPF elevated significantly the tolerance toward the acute hypoxia of mice of ip E or NE.
