摘要
目的 研究窄分布特性莪术油纳米脂质体的制备技术、制剂的稳定性及其溶血特性。方法 采用微射流技术在射流直径50μm和压力120 MPa条件下制备莪术油纳米脂质体制剂。采用激光动态光散射法检测粒度与粒度分布。电泳光散射法检测分散体系的Zeta电位。结果 得到制剂有效平均粒度为88.1 nm,粒度分布为67.7-114.7 nm。体系在pH值为7-8.8范围时处于最佳稳定状态。制剂稳定性较高,溶血试验合格。结论 微射流法应用于莪术油等油状液体类药物纳米分散给药系统的制备是可行的。
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation of narrow-distributing zedoary liposomes with micro-jet method, the stability of the preparation and its hemolysis characteristics. METHODS: Zedoary nano-liposomes were prepared by micro-jet technique (jet dia. 50 μm, pressure 120 MPa). The particle diameter and its polydispersity were determined with laser dynamic light-scattering method. Zeta potential of the dispersoid was determined with electrophoretic light-scattering method. RESULTS: The sizes of the vesicles ranged from 67.7 to 114.7 nm and the effective average diameter was 88.1 nm. The dispersoid was most stable at pH 7-8.8. The preparation was very stable and its hemolysis test was eligible. CONCLUSION: It is viable to prepare oil drug nano-delivery system such as zedoary oil by micro-jet method.
