白蚁蚂(简称白蚁),它含有蛋白质、脂肪、甾体、激素、维生素和金属元素等,其中蛋白质在三大营养要素中是最基本的成份,它也是蛋白质含量较高,氨基酸成份较全的一种昆虫。蛋白质是生命的基础。
With Sep Pak C18 Column as the sample Pre-treatment
column, the amino acid Content of the Protein in house termite (worker
ants and dinergates) living in Chongqing area were analyzed with the
amino acid analyzer (The System 6300 Series High performance Amino
Acid Analyzers. [Beckman] ). The result of the experiment shows that
the amino acid content in termite is higher than that in egg and fish,
especially the essential amino acid. The protein in termite is a kind of
high quality protein which has great nutrition value. The investigation
can provide the theoretical basis for opening and using the termite
nesources, and indicate that developing the termite products has a vast
vista in both the nourishing health care and the auxilliary clinical therapy.
The discovery in this experiment has a active function to promote the
advanced study to a higher level.
