本文着重研究了利用离子交换层析技术从酵母RNA的酶解液中分离核苷酸的现实性与可行性,探讨分离核苷酸的最佳工艺条件。
This paper studies the necessity and possibility with the method of
ion- exchange chromatography nucleotied from the enzymic degration li-
quid in yeast RNA, and concerned with the optimun separate condition.
