摘要
研究了压力对乙基纤维素空白微粒粒径,以及阿莫西林 乙基纤维素 卡波谱缓释、黏附微粒性能的影响.实验表明乙基纤维素空白微粒和药物缓释、黏附微粒的粒径均随压力的升高而减小,但药物微粒的载药量和释放度曲线随压力的变化不明显.
The pressure is one of the most important factors affecting the microparticle formation when using the techmique of solution enhanced dispersion with supercritical fluids (SEDS).The relation between the microparticle's diameters of ethylcellulose and the pressure is studied,and the influences of pressure on the characteristics of amoxcillin-ethylcellulose-carbopol particles are investigated as well.It can be concluded that the diameters of the ethylcellulose microparticles and the sustained-release and adhesive drug particles decrease with the increase of pressure,but the drug contents and drug release curves are almost the same under two different pressures.
