摘要
针对抗磨液压油台架试验中高压泵摩擦副磨损状态和机理的复杂性,提出高压泵摩擦副磨损的多层次评价目标体系,采用加权平均型的模糊算子对各层次评价目标进行综合评价,较全面地吸收了诸多评价目标所提供的各种信息。详细叙述计算方法和计算过程,并建立了模糊评价的数学模型,通过C程序设计,用微机给出综合评价的最终结果,对高压泵摩擦副磨损状态作出了科学定量化评判。
Considering the complexity of the state and mechanism of the attrition of the high-pressure pump friction pairs in the rig test of the anti-wear hydraulic oil,a system of multi-evaluation objectives in regard to the attrition of the high-pressure pump friction pairs was set up,which used the weighted average fuzzy operator to evaluate various objectives comprehensively,and synthesized all kinds of messages derived from multi-evaluation objectives.The author put forward the method and the course of calculations in details,and established a fuzzy evaluation mathematical model, also used the computer with C language to reach the final conclusion,so as to evaluate the attrition of high-pressure pump friction pair scientifically and quantitatively.
