摘要
由于符合DenisonHF 0高压抗磨液压油规格标准建立的高压泵评定台架系统复杂、测试费昂贵 ,本文从经济和优化角度 ,多方面提出高压抗磨液压油模拟评定台架的设计思路和模拟方法。采用D7B 0 3 1R叶片泵代替大型台架的双作用T6D泵和 5MCY 14 1B小柱塞泵代替Sundstrand泵 ,根据静压支承的设计原理 ,选择最佳的模拟参数 ,建成的小模拟台架 ,其试验的压力、温度和时间完全能模拟大评定台架的强化试验条件。此后将优化模拟台架的评估方法 ,用于筛选抗磨液压油配方。
Owing to the complicity and high testing expense of running the standard test stand for evaluation of high pressure anti wear hydraulic oil, Simulation and designing method on a bench scale simulation test stand for evaluation of high pressure anti wear hydraulic oil were proposed based on economical and optimal aspects. The simulation test stand was established that by using D7B 03 1R vane pump and 5MCY 14 B piston pump to simulate the bifunctional T6D pump and the Sundstrand 24 pump of the standard test stand respectively. According to the design principle of static pressure bearing, optimal simulation parameters were obtained. The operating parameters, such as test pressure, temperature and pump rate of the simulation test stand were similar to those of the standard test stand.
