以甲醇和水作为流动相,采用液相色谱法分析咪唑烷的含量。咪唑烷的回收率在99.74%—100.80%之间,变异系数为0.027%。
The content of 2-(nitroimino)imadazolidine was determined by HPLC,using methol and water as mobile phase.The recovery andvariation coefficient was 99.74%—100.80% and 0.027%respectiviely.
