摘要
将反相高效液相色谱应用于强酸性、多组分介质中己内酰胺含量的分析,取得了十分理想的效果。该方法以VWD为检测器,检测波长为21Onm,流动相为乙腈:纯水=20∶80,流动相流速为0.5mL/min。在已选择色谱条件下,连续运行10次,己内酰胺平均出峰时间为4.962min,保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为0.5%和0.51%,回收率为98.04%。
A study was done on the determination of caprolactam in strong acid and multiphase component system with Reserved-Phase HPLC. The determination was carried out under the condition of UV detection at 210 nm, acetonitrile : water=20 : 80 as mobile phase with the flow rate of 0. 5 mL/min. Based on ten continuous runs, The average retention time of caproctam was 4. 962 min. The RSD% of retention time and peak area was 0. 50% and 0. 51%. The recoveries was 98.21%.
