摘要
本文对22个正常人样品,用限制性内切酶图谱技术进行了VIII因子基因内Hind III/P114.12的RFLP研究。结果表明在中国上海地区人群中,VIII因子的内含子19处存在多态性的HindIII位点,等位片段2.6kb和2.7kb的频率分别为31％和69％。
By using restriction mapping technique, we here studied intragenic restriction fragment length polymorphism of factor Ⅷ gene. The result showed that p114.12 probe which included exon 17 and 18 gave polymorphic Hind Ⅲ site in intron 19 in Chinese population.The allele fragments were 2.6kb and 2,7 kb, with frequencies 31% and 69% respectively.
