摘要
为探明蜜环菌深层发酵液中多糖的成分,从多糖的提取、SephadexG-200凝胶柱层析等方面进行了多糖的纯化,从多糖水解液的纸层析、多糖的质谱、多糖的红外光谱等方面研究了多糖的结构.结果表明蜜环菌深层发酵液中多糖是由-D-吡喃葡萄糖和β-D-吡喃葡萄糖通过糖苷键连接而成,由于其中具有与天麻相似的β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,因而具有与天麻相类似的药理作用和临床疗效.
In order to find out the constitution of the polysaccharide from Armillaria mellea抯 sumbmerged fermentation抯 liquid.the distill and purification of the polysaccharide is done by chromatography of the Sephadex G-200 column and others.The structure of the polysaccharide is researched by the paper chromatography of polysaccharide hydrolysed liquid, mass spectrum and infrared spectrum of the polysaccharide.The result shows that the polysaccharide is made up of -D-glucopyranoside andβ-D- glucopyranoside.Because of β-D- glucopyranoside in polysaccharide, it抯 medicative fucation and clinic curative effect is similiar to gastrodia.
