摘要
目的研究白念珠菌不同基因型的同源性,以及在菌株群中分布的特征,为白念珠菌的分子流行病学研究找到一个方法. 方法扩增出白念菌株CDC 3(保守基因)的部分片段并测序,应用Vector-NTI软件包进行比较.结果 17株菌株被分为9个基因型,有8株菌株的基因型高度同源,有9株的基因同源性较高,这9株菌株的基因型在样本分布中占优势;高度同源的8株菌株与其它菌株的主要区别在于,在第195~205位缺少TTTCTTCTT,在第338~345位多了TAAGTAAG.结论菌株3等9个菌株的基因型在样本分布中占优势,可能是进化过程中为适应宿主的结果.
Objective To observe genotype,homology and distribution feature of Candida albicans.Methods Part of gene CDC3 of Candida albicans (which is of conservative gene) was amplified and sequence of products of PCR was compared by software Vector-NTI.Results Among 17 strains,there were 9 genotypes.8 strains were highly homogenous,9 strains were homogenous.Genotype of these 9 strains was dominant among 17 strains.Compared with other strains,the 8 strains lack TTTCTTCTT on 195-205 locus,and excess TAAGTAAG on 338-345 locus.Conclusion Genotype of these 9 strains is dominant among 17 strains,it might be explained by the result of long adaptation of Candida albicans to the host.
