RAPD反应条件的优化及在微生物分型中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 分子生物学技术已成功应用于菌属内菌株分型。基因型分型比表型分型更直接,可从根本上确定菌株遗传基础间的相互联系及变异。与聚合酶链反应(PCR)相结合的新的基因型分型方法日益受到欢迎,其中随机引物扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)正广泛应用于越来越多的微生物分型中,其以快速、简易、分辨力高等优点成为直接分析许多病原菌基因组、明确菌属间克隆来源的重要方法,尤其是用于临床爆发的研究中,但该方法对实验条件高度依赖,可重复性相对 较低。本文对RAPD实验条件的控制及应用加以综述。
