摘要
针对我国冶金工业快速发展 ,矿山开发力度加大的形势 ,强调了矿山固体废弃物处理与处置的难度和紧迫性 ,论述了矿山固体废弃物处理与处置在绿色生态建设、提高回收利用率、无废地下开采、综合利用作为建材及固体废物堆置场工程灾害防治研究方面的进展 ,提出了建全法规 。
In view of the rapid development of China's metallurgical industry and the increased strength of mine development, the difficult degree and urgency of mine solid waste treatment and disposal are stressed. The advances in the study on of the mine solid waste treatment and disposal on the aspects of green ecological construction, recycling rate improvement, wasteless underground mining, comprehensive utilization of solid waste as building materials and the disaster prevention and control of solid waste disposal site are expounded. It is proposed to establish and perfect the related laws and regulations,adopt a preserved fund system in mining and strengthen the development of the treatment and disposal technology of mine solid waste.
