摘要 磁选柱是一种新型高效的磁重选设备 ,通过磁聚合 -分散及旋转上升水流使磁铁矿受磁力和水力联合作用 ,能有效分选出筒式磁选设备夹带进的单体脉石及连生体 ,提高精矿铁品位和降低SiO2 含量。本钢南芬和歪头山选矿厂在铁精矿降硅提铁的工业试验中 ,以磁选柱为重要的精选设备 ,使精矿铁品位分别提高 2 .1 4和 3 76个百分点 ,达到 6 9 94 %和 6 9 70 % ,SiO2 含量降至 3 31 %和 3 98% ,且指标稳定 ,适应性强 ,证明了该设备的先进性与可靠性。 Magnetic column is new type high capacity magnetic and gravity separation equipment. By a combind effect of magnetic and hydraulic forces exerted on magnetite particles through magnetic agglomeration dispersion and swirling rising flow, it can effectively separate the liberated gangue and intergrowth particles entrapped in the product of drum magnetic separator so as to raise the iron grade and reduce the SiO 2 content in the concentrate. In the industrial tests of the silicon reduction and iron increase of iron concentrates of Nanfen and Waitoushan concentrators in Ben Steel, magnetic column was used as the main cleaning equipment. As a result, the iron grades in the concentrates were raised by 2.14 and 3.76 percentage points to 69.94% and 69.70% respectively and the SiO 2 contents reduced to 3.31% and 3.98% respectively. Its stable performances and strong adaptibility also help to prove that the equipment is both advance and reliable.
