摘要 集中化开采技术是矿山在开采的过程中 ,利用控制手段 ,优化系统资源组合 ,形成开采过程中的地点集中、产量集中、工序集中、服务系统集中的集约化作业模式 ,具有矿山运行效率高、经营成本低等显著优点。梅山铁矿在生产中进行了集中化开采技术的引进 ,对现有三级矿量的确定方法进行了修改 ,通过研究采取了加速北区开采 ,提高结构参数 ,引进大型设备等一系列集中化开采措施 ,取得了显著的经济效益 。 Integrated mining technology is one that optimizes the system resource combination by control means to form an integrated operation mode with integrated place, production, operation sequences and service system in the mining process. It has remarkable advantages of high mine operation efficiency and low operation cost. Meishan Iron Mine has introduced this technology and modified the determination method for the third class ore reserve that was specified on the teaching book. Based on the research, a series of measures for integrated mining were taken, such as speeding up the mining in the north mine area, raising the structural parameters and introducing large equipment, which has achieved notable economic benefit. The integrated mining technology has a good prospect of application in China's underground mines.
