摘要
为解决弓长岭井下铁矿大主扇通风系统存在的诸多问题,设计建立了多级机站通风系统以取代大主扇系统。结合井下生产实际情况,对通风方案进行了深入分析研究,实施优化后的通风线路改造,提出了增加采区风井、使用空气幕等切实可行的改进完善措施,并实施了临时通风方案。实际测定结果表明,全系统的有效风量率达到75%,主要风机平均运行效率70%,彻底改善了井下通风条件,并取得明显的节能效果。
To solve the various problems in the large main fan ventilation system used in Gongchangling Underground Iron Mine, multistage fan station ventilation system was designed and set up in replace of the large main fan system. Deep investigation was made of the ventilation scheme in combination with the practical underground production. The transformation of the piping was made for the ventilation optimization, some practical measures for perfecting were taken, such as increasing the airshaft in the stope and using air curtain, and the provisional ventilation scheme was executed. The practical measurement results show that the effective air amount rate of the whole system can reach 75% and the average operation efficiency of the main fans 70%, thus thoroughly improving the underground ventilation conditions and achieving remarkable energy-saving effect.
