摘要
本文系统地对功能食品发展动态和我国开发功能食品的必要性和可能性做了阐述,并通过对功能食品与“加药的疗效食品”区别的分析,提出了科学开发功能食品的设想和开发粮油功能食品的见解。
This article systematically describes the developing trends of functional food as well the necessity and feasibility of opening up functional food in our country. Meanwhile, through analysing some differences between functional food and medicated health food , the article puts forward some imaginations about the scientific exploiting of functional food and some opinions of opening up cereal and oil functional food.
