摘要
司法效益是我国当前司法改革的主线 ,它是公平与效率的协调一致与完美结合。市场经济的发展必然将司法改革推到了政治体制改革的前沿阵地 ,从而使得对效益的追求构成了司法改革的终极价值目标 ,并对我国推进依法治国方略的实施具有极为重要的理论和现实意义。
Judicial benefit is the main thread of our judicial reforms.It is prefect connection of fair and efficiency.The development of market economy pushes the judicial reforms forwards political reforms.So chasing benefits becomes the last aim of judicial reforms and it has theoretical and practical signification for us to govern the country by laws.
