摘要
采用法经济学分析中的波斯纳分析范式,即法律的经济分析,以森林生态效益补偿制度法律冲突为分析对象,以各主要行为主体的成本收益为分析工具,探究森林生态效益补偿制度法律冲突背后的经济逻辑。
Posner model in the law-economics analysis （legal economic analysis） is applied to deal with the law conflict in forest ec- ological benefit compensation system, meanwhile according to the manager＇s cost and income, the economic logic implied in the law conflict in forest ecological benefit compensation system is explored.
