摘要
介绍了冰箱保温用聚合MDI的评价方法。通过自由发泡和模具发泡 ,研究了PM 2 0 10的反应活性、体系的流动性及其泡沫制品的物理性能 ;并与国外著名品牌的聚合MDI进行比较。结果表明 ,PM 2 0 10的上述性能与常用的进口牌号的聚合MDI ( 4 4V2 0L)的性能基本相当 。
The evaluating method for the polymeric MDI used in the production of refrigerator industry is introduced The synthetical properties of PM 2010, including the reactivity, fluidity and physical properties in the cyclo iso pentane system were researched by means of free foaming and mould foaming, and compared with international notable polymeric MDI(44V20L) The results indicated that the capabilities mentioned above between them were almost the same As a result, we could make sure that domestic polymeric MDI(PM 2010) could be also used in the production of refrigerator
