摘要
介绍了环戊烷 异戊烷发泡聚氨酯硬泡体系在冰箱生产中的应用 ,并从发泡工艺及性能上与环戊烷发泡体系进行了比较。结果表明 ,与环戊烷发泡体系相比 ,环戊烷 异戊烷发泡体系在箱体的灌注量减少了 7% ,泡沫密度降低 12 % ,同时泡沫的尺寸稳定性好 ,且密度较环戊烷体系均匀 ,仅泡沫的导热系数略微升高 ,导热系数约为 2 1.8mW / (m·K)
Application of i/c pentane rigid polyurethane foaming system in refrigerator production and comparison with c pentane foaming system in processing and performance are introduced here.It shows that, comparing with c pentane foaming system,in i/c pentane foaming system,the total weight of a cabinet has reduced 7%, the foam density has dropped by 12%,the foam dimension stability and density distribution are better,the conductivity factor is about 21.8mW/(m·K), which is a little higher.
