摘要
测定了 3种剂型防治肉仔鸡微量元素缺乏病制剂对肉仔鸡血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH Px)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力的影响。结果表明 ,微量元素定量控释制剂、长效注射剂和散剂均能够提高肉仔鸡血液中GSH Px和SOD的活力水平 ,增强肉仔鸡的抗氧化能力。
Effects of microelement pill, injection and powder preparations, which were made from NaSeO_3, BaSeO_3, KI,CuSO_4, ZnO and MnSO_4 by us, on activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxidase dismutase (SOD) were determined in this experiment. The results showed that the microelement pill, injection and powder preparations can increase activity of GSH-Px and SOD in the broiler’s blood. It was inferred from the results that these preparations as antioxidants can enhance antioxidotion in broilers.
