摘要
单烷氧基取代苯基哌嗪盐酸盐是合成苯基哌嗪类药物的重要中间体。以二乙醇胺为起始原料,经氯代反应制得β,β1 二氯代二乙基胺盐酸盐,然后与单烷氧基取代苯胺经环合反应合成5个目标化合物。其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱证实与目标化合物的结构一致。
Monoalkoxysubstituted phenylpiperazine hydrochlorides are important intermediates of substituted phenylpiperazine drugs.The starting material diethanolamine was halogenated to give β,β~1-dihalogenated diethylamine hydrochloride,which then reacted separately with five monoalkoxysubstituted anilines to afford the corresponding monoalkoxysubstituted phenylpiperazine hydrochlorides.The synthesized compounds were identified by ~1HNMR,IR and MS.The results are consistent with the proposed structures.
