摘要
采用共沉淀法成功制备了N 十四烷基甘氨酸柱撑水滑石(简称N LDH)Mg4Al2(OH)12[C14H29NHCH2COO],并用XRD、FTIR对样品进行表征。结果表明,C14H29NHCH2COO-可进入水滑石层间,N LDH具有良好的层状结构,其层间距由0 759nm增加到2 418nm;实验结果表明,在E44/T31环氧胶粘剂体系中加入N LDH可有效改善其力学性质,当w(N LDH)=5%时,拉伸剪切强度提高了53 7%。
Coprecipitation of Mg^(2+) and Al^(3+) with N-tetradecylglycin at reasonable pH resulted in the formation of pillared hydrotalcite (N-LDH) where the N-tetradecylglycin anion occupied the interlayer space.The N-LDH was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and diffuse reflectance FTIR.The results show that the intercalation of the N-tetradecylglycin anion into the Mg-Al layered double hydroxide lamella is readily accomplished by appropriate choice of reaction conditions,resulting in the expansion of the interlayer spacing from 0.759 nm in the layered double hydroxide to 2.418 nm in the N-LDH.The N-LDH has well-ordered layered structure.Application of N-LDH in epoxy resin adhesive E44/T_(31) system was investigated.The results show that the tensile-shearing strength is obviously increased by addition of N-LDH.Addition of 5wt% N-LDH increased the tensile-shearing strength of epoxy resin adhesive by 53.7%。
