摘要
研制出一种无溶剂的双组份聚氨酯 -环氧树脂胶粘剂。结果表明 ;它有较高的粘接强度和伸长率 ,达到半结构胶的要求 ,有较高的耐水和耐温性 ,当一定量聚氨酯预聚体含量时 ,胶粘剂的粘接强度出现最佳值。
In this paper, two components solvent free adhesive which composition is polyurethane epoxy resin were introduced. The results show that the adhesion strength and elongation ratio of polyurethane epoxy adhesive are bigger, accord with the demands of smei structural adhesive, the resistance to water and heat of the adhesive are better, when the amount of PU prepolymer is suitable, adhesive strength has a maximum value.
