摘要
以齐齐哈尔市园艺研究所抗寒葡萄 2 0号为材料 ,以B5 基本培养基诱导愈伤组织 ,置于液体培养基中进行悬浮培养 ,建立细胞系 .结果表明 :培养 1 5～ 2 2d为直线生长期 ,活细胞率为 97.2 % .
Adopted a specie of cold resistant grapeNo.20,offered by the gardening institute of Qiqihar,as the study material.B 5medium was used for callus induction.The white,fresh and friable callus was put in liquid medium to build suspension culture.The lived cell rate was 97.2%,it was the linear phase.
