内科门诊就诊患者护理需求状况分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的 了解内科门诊就诊的患者需求 ,以期做好护理服务 ,提高医院门诊服务质量。方法 对内科门诊就诊患者的就诊需求分类进行问卷调查。结果  1130例患者中有 17.2 %和 79.6 %的患者在就诊前首先向护士叙述自己的症状 ,咨询应挂的专科 ,5 7.3%和 5 5 .7%的患者对护士语言和蔼、态度热情表示满意 ,而 4 1.0 %的患者对护士的仪表整洁表示不满意 ,71.9%的患者要求主任或副主任医师接诊。结论 提高业务水平是完成好门诊分诊工作的保障 ;完善服务态度是做好门诊护理服务的前提 ; Objective To determine the needs of outpatients, so as to provide high level of nursing service and improve the quality of healthcare in out-patient department.Methods Questionnaire was used to collect the information about the needs of outpatients. Results In 1 130 outpatients, 17.2% and 79.6% of the patients firstly reported their symptoms to the nurses and asked the nurses which special department they should go. 57.3% and 55.7% of the patients were satisfied with the nurses’ amiable talking and warm expression respectively. 41.0% of the patients showed dissatisfaction at the appearance of nurses. 71.9% of the patients required director or vice director doctors to give them medical examination.Conclusion To improve nurses’ level of professional work is the guarantee to fulfill the task of classification of patients by different diseases. The betterment of service attitude is the precondition to provide high quality of nursing service in out-patient department. To understand patients’ psychological needs is the requirement to improve their satisfaction level.
