摘要
随着医疗市场由卖方市场向买方市场的转化 ,医院面临病源流失的危机。认真查找病人流失的原因 ,转变观念 ,从市场中把病人找回来 ,重视病人的意见 ,以病人为中心 ,完善服务质量和内部环境 ,创新管理 ,参与市场竞争 ,最大限度地吸引、留住病人 。
The hospital is facing a challenge due to client moving-off with the changes of the medical market from the owner to the buyer. The analysis on causes of patients' moving-off would benefit to patient recruitment. The strategies were as followings: changing the traditional ideas, paying more attention to patients' feedback, focusing on patient-center, completing service and internal environment, and creating new management models. All of the measures that attracted patients would ensure the hospital to run successfully.
