摘要
目的 :研究低剂量博来霉素 A5(BL MA5,0 .0 8m g· kg- 1 )诱导的适应性反应对皮下接种 S1 80肉瘤的昆明种小鼠模型常规化疗效果的影响及其机制。方法 :荷瘤小鼠化疗前预先给予低剂量 BL MA5(D1 )处理 ,观察肿瘤生长的动态 ,制备小鼠骨髓细胞染色体标本及测定肝组织自由基活性。结果 :荷瘤小鼠化疗前预先给予 D1处理可使肿瘤生长明显减慢 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 1 ) ,骨髓细胞染色体畸变减轻 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,肝脏 SOD活性提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,GSH- Px活性也有增高趋势 ,且 MDA含量降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :低剂量 BL
Objective To study the common chemotherapy effect and its mechanisms of the adaptive response induced by low dose BLMA 5 (0 08 mg·kg -1 , D 1) on a Kunming S180 sarcoma mouse model made through subcutaneous injection. Methods D 1 was given to tumor bearing mice before chemotherapy, the growth of tumor was observed, chromosomal samples of bone marrow cells of mice were prepared and the activities of free radicals of liver were measured. Results The grow velocity was significantly decreased ( P <0 05~0 001), the chromosome aberrations of bone marrow cells were significantly reduced ( P <0 01), SOD activity of liver was increased markedly ( P <0 05), the activity of GSH Px also had the trend of increasing and the content of MDA decreased significantly ( P <0 01) when D 1 was given to the tumor bearing mouse before larger dose BLMA 5(D 2) chemotherapy. Conclusion The chemotherapy effect enhanced with low dose BLMA 5 is associated with the increase of antioxidant capacity and the elimination capacity of free radicals products.
