Study on Processing Variables of Glued Laminated Timber

摘要  以水曲柳、核桃楸和长白鱼鳞云杉为试验用材,采用水性高分子聚合物—异氰酸酯作胶黏剂,以单位压力、加压时间和涂胶量为试验因子进行集成材的胶合试验,并对其胶合性能进行检验。通过试验结果分析,得出较优的胶合工艺条件为:单位压力2.0MPa(水曲柳、核桃楸)、1.5MPa(长白鱼鳞云杉),加压时间为60min,涂胶量为250g/m2。 Manchurian Ash (Fraxinus mandshurica), Manchurian Walnut (Juglans mandshurica) and Spruce (Picea jezoensis var. komarovii) lumber were selected to determine process variables to glued laminated timber (GLT) with water based polymeric—isocyanate adhesive. The influence factors, such as the pressure, pressing time and adhesive consumption, on shear strength of the glued laminated timber were investigated through the orthogonal test. The results indicated that optimum technological parameters for glued laminated timber manufacturing were as follows: pressure at 1.5 MPa for Spruce and 2.0 MPa for both Manchurian Ash and Manchurian Walnut lumber, pressing time for 60 minutes and the spread of 250 g/m^2.
