摘要
木材是一直为人类所用的传统材料,木质重组材料是将木材加工成组元,利用现代技术按木纹近乎平行的方向将木材组元重组的新型木质材料,包括集成材、单板层积材、重组装饰薄木和重组木等。文中概述了各类木质重组材料的国内外研究现状,分析了在森林资源状况,新型胶粘剂的发展,机械加工水平的提高以及建筑、装修和交通运输行业的发展等外部因素带动下的木质重组材料的新发展,并提出建议。
Wood is traditional widely-used material. As a new type of wooden materials, wood recombinant material is reconstructed of the wood unit according to the parallel direction of wood grain by using modern technology. It includes glulam, laminated veneer lumber, recombinant decorative veneer and scrimber. The research status of wood recombinant materials at home and abroad was summarized. The new progress of wood recombinant materials was analyzed, which is driven by external factors, i.e. present situation of forest resources, development of new adhesives, improvement of mechanical processing level, and the development of construction, decoration and transportation industries. Finally, several suggestions were proposed.
