摘要
普通高校办学具有明显的优势 ,但要办好高等教育自学考试 ,则必须理顺多种形式发展高等教育中的各种关系。文章论述和总结了着重抓好学校重视、统筹规划 ,归口管理、规范办学和发挥优势、注重质量等三方面的工作 ,使普通高校举办的高等教育自学考试得到协调、有序、健康、优质的发展。
The author points out that the higher learning institution has distinct advantages in running school,however,in order to do a good job of administration of the higher education examinations for self-educated students it is imperative to improve the relationships existing in the multiform development of higher education. The paper concludes that to develop the higher education examinations for self-educated students in the higher learning institution on the principles of coordination,orderedness,soundness and high-quality,three things should be done well: making overallplans,centralized management by specialized department,and attaching importance to quality.
