摘要
本文论述了普通高校的成人教育必须深化改革 ,科学管理 ,提高教学质量 ,只有如此 ,才能把发展的机遇转化为发展的现实。
The paper holds that the only way to translate the hard to get opportunity into reality of development is to deepen the reform and improve quality of countinuing education at general institutions of higher learning.
