摘要
目的 探讨中西医结合治疗对非霍奇金病 (NHL)患者生命质量的影响。方法 将 1 0 3名NHL患者随机分为标准CHOP方案 +艾迪注射液治疗组和标准CHOP方案对照组。观察两组化疗不良反应和生命质量。结果 两组在化疗不良反应和生命质量方面差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 标准CHOP方案 +艾迪注射液可以减轻对非霍奇金病患者化疗的不良反应 。
Objective To study the effect of Aidi injection on quality of life for non Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).Methods 103 NHL patients were randomly divided into two groups.CHOP regiment group and CHOP regiment plus Aidi injection.The adverse effect and scores of quality of life(QOL) during chemotherapy were observed and recorded.Results There were significant difference in adverse effect and scores QOL during chemotherapy in two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion CHOP regiment plus Aidi injection can reduce adverse effect of chemotherapy and improve QOL of NHL
