摘要
实现规模效益是地方教学型高校生存与发展的必然选择。九江学院通过转变办学思路、加强学校内部管理体制改革,抓住1999年以来我国高等教育大发展的机遇,使学校的规模与效益有了很大的提高,走出了一条地方教学型高校克服经费困难、实现学校良性发展的新路。
Which is the necessary choice is realizing the scale-effectiveness for the development of the local instructional institute. Jiujiang University seize the opportunity of the higher education development since 1999 by transforming thread of running school and reforming her inner management mechanism. With improving her scale-effectiveness, the effective method is detected for the local instructional institute to solve funds difficulty and realize the beneficial development.
