摘要
研究了V对7Cr14铸钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,在7Cr14中加入1.0%V后,其硬度没有降低,但提高了回火稳定性、细化组织;回火后能产生明显的二次硬化效果,显著提高了其抗冲击磨损性能及磨粒磨损性能。
The effect of V on the microstructure and properties of steel 7Cr14 were researched.The results obtained show that after adding 1.0%V into 7Cr14,the hardness is not descended,the tempering resistance is increased and the microstructure is refined;it can get obvious secondary hardening after temping;the impact wear resistance and the abrasive wear resistance are greatly increased.
