摘要
通过与静力金属型铸造磨球相比较,研究了离心铸造白口铁磨球的组织特点与耐磨性.研究结果表明,离心磨球的碳化物呈板块状,基体组织为等轴晶,且屈氏体进一步细化.离心磨球的硬度不因离心铸造发生明显变化,但其冲击韧性大幅度提高.离心磨球的抗冲击磨损性能高于静力金属型磨球,并且在高冲击功条件下尤为显著.
The structure and wear resistance of white iron grinding balls are examined for centrifugal casting and the results are compared with those for statically metal mould casting.Plate block carbides,matrix structure of equiaxial grains and refined troostite are obtained from the former method with a marked increase of impact toughness although the hardness change is less apparent.The same applies to wear resistance and the effect is much more pronounced for higher impact load.
