摘要
在pH9.8的NH3—NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,苯酚与4-氨基安替比林和铁氰化钾反应生成红色的显色产物,该显色产物用WaterSepPark-C18固相萃取小柱萃取富集,乙醇洗脱后用分光光度测定。方法的测定范围为0.05-1.2mg/L,方法用于水中痕量苯酚的测定,结果满意。
In NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution of pH9.8 phenol can reacts with 4-aminoantipyrine and potassium ferricyanide to form a red substance. The red substance can be extracted by C18 column and eluted by ethanol, then can be determined by spectrophotometry at 470 nm. The range of determination was 0.05-1.20 mg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of phenol in waster waters with satisfactory results.
