摘要
研究了用邻菲罗啉 ( Phen)为配合剂 ,C18键合硅胶为固相富集材料 ,流动注射在线固相萃取预富集火焰原子吸收法测定痕量铁和钴的方法。该方法自动化程度高 ,选择性强。经 30 s预富集 ,方法的采样速度达 90次 / h,铁和钴的富集倍数分别达 19倍和 2 0倍 ,检出限分别达 3μg/ L和 6μg/ L。方法应用到测定生物标样淡菜和西红柿叶中的铁 ,应用到测定标准参考钢样中的钴 ,结果与标准值吻合。应用到钴的加标回收试验中 ,回收率达 98.6% - 99.3%
The suitability of 1,10 phenanthroline(phen) as a complexing agent was studied,for on line preconcentration of iron and cobalt using RP C 18 material in a microcolumn with flow injection coupled with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The on line formed complexes can be adsorbed on the C 18 sorbent material. The adsorbed complexes in the microcolumn were eluted with ethanol into the nebulizer of FAAS. A good precision(1.1%, 2.2%),high enrichment factor (19,20),detection limit 3μg/L,6 g/L for Fe 2+ ,Co 2+ and sample throughput (90h -1 ) were obtained. The method was applied in the standard reference materials to determine iron and cobalt.Results are good agreement with certified values.
