摘要
目的 :揭示医保患者住院费用及自理费用、自负费用的主要影响因素 ,探索建立合理费用控制机制的有效途径。方法 :对住院费用进行描述性统计分析及多元逐步回归。结果及结论 :加强对慢性病、特殊病的管理 ,按不同病种、不同诊治手段确立不同的分担比例 ;建立科学的医疗费用审查和评估体系 ,对医院的医疗行为全程监控 ,从而有效地控制医疗费用的不合理增涨 ;建立三级医院分层次服务模式以满足医疗保健的不同需求 ,改变病人的就医观念 ,促使患者合理分流及医疗资源合理配置 。
Objective: Discover the main factors to self-affording and self-bearing expenditure in inpatients taking part in medical insurance bystatistic of expenditure, and explore the effective way controlling reasonable expenditure. Methods: Discriptive statistic analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results and Conclusion: Strengthen administration of chronic and unusual disease, set different ratio in accordance to disease and diagnosis; Build up sensor and appraising system on medical expenditure to supervise the whole process to control unreasonable rise of expenditure; Establish grade service mode to meet all demands, change idea of seeking doctors to flow patients, distribute medical resources and play sufficient roll of medical insurance.
