摘要
随着国家医药卫生体制改革的深化,医保管理已成为现代医院管理的重要内容。本文介绍了部队医院从加强内部控制管理入手,通过健全长效管理机制、注重做好服务环节管理、强化医疗行为监管、重视医保病案管理等措施做好医保服务和管理工作。
With the deepen of the national health care system reform, health care management has become an important part of the modern hospital management. This article decribes some measures to ensure the health care services and management in a military hospital which start from strengthening the internal control management, which include starting with strengthening internal control and management, amplifing a long-term management mechanism, focusing on good service management, strengthening the supervision of the medical behaviours, emphasising on medicare medi- cal records management and so on.
