摘要
为做好临床住院医师的规范化培训工作 ,解放军总医院各级领导高度重视 ,在参照国内外继续医学教育有关做法的基础上 ,结合医院实际 ,坚持岗前培训和住院总医师导师培训制度 ,实行“三级”管理、狠抓过程管理 ,培养了大批人才 ,提高了医院临床队伍素质 ,并得到了临床医师和专家教授的好评 ;同时推动了医院其他专业技术干部的培训工作 。
In order to do well in standard training of physician, the general hospital of CPLA attached importance to this work, referred to foreign method on continuing education, adhered to pre-the-job training and actualized process management. Therefore, numbers of talents have been trained, and quality of clinic team has been improved. The training won acclaim from doctors and professors, promoted training other professional carders in hospital, and gave demonstration in army.
