摘要 目的 探讨微量元素锌与小儿哮喘的相关性。方法 对 1 999年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 5月在我院治疗的 80例哮喘患儿随机分成观察组和对照组 ,哮喘患儿与正常儿 (正常组 )血清锌比较 ;观察组加用葡萄糖酸锌治疗 ,比较观察组和对照组疗效 ;用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法检测血清锌。结果 哮喘患儿血清锌比正常组低 (P <0 0 1 ) ,有显著统计学意义 ;哮喘观察组临床控制 1 4例、显效 1 8例、好转 9例、无效 1例 ,总有效率 97 7% ,疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,有显著统计学意义。结论 哮喘发作与微量元素锌有密切关系 。 Objective To investigate the relationship between trace element Zinc and asthma Methods 80 children with asthma we treated from May 1999 to May 2003 were divided into 2 groups stochastically group A and group B Their zinc level in serum were compared with normal childrens In group A,zinc gluconate was given besides the other medication for the control of asthma as in group B,and the treating efficiency was compared between A and B groups Results The zinc level of serum in asthma children was found to be lower than that of normalchildren The difference was with statistical significance The rate of total treating efficiency,which was 97 7% in group A,was higher in group A than that in group B Conclusion Decreased serum zinc level may relate to the onset of asthma in children Proper zinc supplement may be helpful for the control of asthma in children
