摘要
探讨了从猕猴桃籽中提取猕猴桃籽油的不同工艺,并对油脂成分进行分析。采用溶剂萃取法和超临界CO2流体萃取法提取猕猴桃籽油。实验结果表明,从猕猴桃籽中提取猕猴桃籽油,采用超临界CO2萃取法较其他提取方法具有明显的优势,是一种安全可靠的方法,具有广泛的应用前景。经气相色谱分析,猕猴桃籽油中含有69.5%的亚麻酸。
The extraction of Actinidia chinesis seed oil with supercritical CO2 and organic solvent were studied,and the composition of the seed oil were also analyzed.The results show that supercritical CO2 extraction has advantage over any other extraction of Actiridia chinesis seed oil,and the Actinidia chinesis seed oil contains 69.5% linolenic acid.
