摘要
利用棉壳和棉仁密度上存在的差异,以K2CO3溶液、SnCl4溶液作为液选剂,棉仁和棉壳可以得到较好的分离。以43%质量浓度的K2CO3溶液处理双液相棉粕,可以得到蛋白质含量75%的浓缩蛋白,蛋白质收率达66%。用该法处理兴化棉粕和市售预榨浸出棉粕也得到了比较好的结果。
Based on the density difference between cottonseed kernel and hull,cottonseed protein concentrate was prepared by density separation.The solutions used are K2CO3 and SnCl4 solution.The protein content in product with K2CO3 is higher than that with SnCl4.The cottonseed meal produced with two-phase solvent is dealt with the optimum concentration of K2CO3 solution (43%,mass),the content of protein in product is 75% and the yield of protein is 66%.In addition,when the market cottenseed meal with pre-pressing extraction,and the meal dealt with methanol are handled with K2CO3 solution,The content of protein in product can be improved,but the color is very deep.
