摘要
以双液相萃取技术处理棉籽,在得到营养价值较高的无毒粗蛋白的同时,将含有高质量棉籽油的非极性溶液直接用于酯交换反应,从而生产出成本较低的脂肪酸酯与甘油。介绍了该工艺的实施方案与技术路线,并对此进行了经济分析,为棉籽的深度加工及利用开辟了有效途径。
The cottonseed as raw material was processed crude protein with higher nutritional value was produced. At by two -phase solvent extraction. Nontoxic the same time the nonpolar solution containing high quality cottonseed oil was directly used for the transesterification reaction to produce fatty acid ester and glycerol at a lower cost. The implementation plan and technical route of the craft was introduced and feasibility of the project was appraised from an economical angle.
